You are as good as your last training
You are as good as your last training, what I mean with that is that you can’t be at the same shape as you have been before one month if you are not training .And I am talking about stamina, strength, speed it can’t be the same.
The body is like a machine if you don’t work with your body, your body is going to fail you.
If you want to be a good warrior you have to be strong and your stamina levels have to be high at all the time.
If you are a fighter or a warrior you have to be at shape at all the time, as a fighter so you can fight in professionals fights or as a warrior because you never know when you will have to fight for your life or for your loved ones.
So train as much as you can in the dojo, in the gym, but you have to train also when you are not in you dojo or in your gym, you have to find ways to train with out machines with out weights or any other help, go running do push ups, sit-ups, make speed running so you will stay at same levels in how explosive and quick you are.
Remember you are as good as your last training, so find time when you are in your holidays and train so you will not lose everything you build all the other year.
